With beautiful panoramic views all around you this villa is set within nature in San Lorenzo, in the heart of Ibiza. The villa has 10,000 sq.m. of private landscaped gardens, so there's plenty of space to escape in your private haven. The villa itself is very big, with 4 spacious bedrooms to comfortably sleep 10 people, the music system in the villa is excellent and each of the bedrooms has speakers so the same music can be heard throughout the villa. There are 2 telephone lines, fax and internet (available on request). Outside next to the pool there is a beautiful garden chill out house with private kitchen, barbecue, a big dining table for 12 people, comfortable sofas, and TV. The pool is fantastically large (10m x 5m) with a terrace and sundecks all around and another outside changing room with shower and toilet. The big outside sports court can be used as either a tennis court, a 5-a-side football pitch, or a volleyball court.

Changeover day it will be mainly Saturday although this can sometimes be flexible especially in low season.

| Bedrooms: |
4 spacious bedrooms, currently 3 have double beds and 1 has a double bed and 2 singles, this can be changed around to suit visitors (e.g. 2 triples, 2 doubles) There is also the option, that 1 single bed can be put into a small 5th bedroom if preferred. |
| Bathrooms: |
Total of 3 bathrooms inside the house, 1 is an en suite.
1 bathroom has a power shower and 1 bathroom has a Jacuzzi.
A 4th bathroom with shower is located by the pool. |
| Kitchen: |
The main kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, cooker etc and a dining table. Opens into the lounge/dining room.
The kitchen in the chillout house has a barbecue, gas hobs, fridge/freezer and dining table for 12 persons. |
| Utility Room: |
The laundry room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The utility room has a big chest freezer and storage space. |
| Living Rooms: |
In the main house the open plan living/dining area (40 sq.m.) has a big beautiful fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs and a stereo system that plays throughout all the rooms in the house. |
Cleaning/towels/

All the bedlinen and towels are provided. Cleaning and linen change is offered for free once a week unless otherwise requested.
Pool cleaning will be done once a week. |

Outside
Beautiful landscaped gardens surround the villa. The magnificent 10m x 5m pool is surrounded by a terrace and sundeck. Located next to the pool is a separate changing room/shower room and a beautiful garden chillout house with private kitchen, barbecue, a big dining table for 12 people, comfortable sofas, and TV.
There is also a big outside sports court can be used as either a tennis court, a 5-a-side football pitch, or a volleyball court.
Coast/Beach
8 minutes drive to the beach at Benirass, A large sandy beach located to the west of the island, popular with hippies and island musicians who often play chilled out music while the sun is setting – a true Ibiza moment to be experienced.
The beach has a few restaurants, bars and a beach shop selling gifts and clothes. Surrounded by long cliff edges with sea shanty style boathouses set into them, you can take a walk along the rocks to find a private place to watch the magical sunset.
Golf
20 minutes drive to Ibiza golf course.
Travel
We recommend car hire as the villa is located in the countryside.
Ibiza Airport is a 25 minute drive away.
Ibiza Town is 15 minutes away.
Distances
San Lorenzo Village is 1 minute's drive away, where you will delicious restaurants and some interesting Spanish history.
Ibiza Town is 20 minutes away.
Further details
San Lorenzo is located in the centre of Ibiza halfway between Santa Eulalia and Santa Gertrudis this village was originally an ancient Moorish settlement. A large imposing church, surrounded by watchtowers makes up the centre of the village.
When it comes to restaurants San Lorenzo is a popular spot, with a number of famous eateries; including an outside barbecue restaurant serving only meat – the biggest and best steaks on the island, an inexpensive but delicious Italian restaurant, a popular and stylish English bar/restaurant which is a excellent alternative to the bars in Ibiza Town and a picnic and barbecue area funded by the local government where you bring your own food and drink and everything else is provided i.e. the barbecues, wood and sheltered tables and chairs.
Booking notes
You need to send 50% of the entire rental price to book the villa, the remaining 50% can be paid on your arrival. Security deposit of 800 euros is also required in case of damages and/or breakages refundable when property will be inspected.
