Notes on prices
Prices shown are for one week based on 2 people occupancy, from saturday to saturday. Mid week bookings can be negotiated. For each additional guest a charge of between 50 and 100 euros (approx £35 – £80) per person per week will be added. NB. Included in the rental price we offer our guests the opportunity to plant a tree to offset their carbon footprint.

Preferably Saturday to Saturday.
Departure 11.00am, arrival 3pm.
Notes on accommodation
Central heating throughout.
Welcome pack of essential kichen and bathroom items. Logs for woodburning stove.
Cot available. We ask those guests who smoke to do so outside please.
Towels and linen provided, (changed weekly). Cleaning once a week. Beach towels can be supplied.
Outside
Swimming pool and summer kitchen. A short stroll (approximately 100 meters) through the grounds, past the wetland and pond (now in its final stages of completion), the field and landscaped gardens, leads to the summer kitchen, large terrace and swimming pool which measures 10m x 5m and is 1.70m deep (there is no shallow end). Guests share this complex with the owners but have use of a fridge, gas hob, and kitchen equipment (plates, glasses, pans, etc.)There is an outside shower, changing room/cloakroom and a variety of games, including table tennis, for the guests use. Sun loungers are provided both on the private terraces and swimming pool area, and there is a barbecue (gas) for each cottage.
Coast/Beach
The N.E. coastal region of Mallorca is virtually unspoilt and retains its striking scenic beauty. We are on the doorstep of the largest marine reserve and protected Natural Park in the Balearic Islands, making this a walkers' paradise.
Being only 7 minutes away from the coast we are ideally located for all water sports, and there are some terrific beaches to discover.
Golf
There are 4 first class golf courses situated between 2 and 20 minutes away. One is literally opposite our property!
Travel
Car hire recommended.
The cottages are about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Palma Airport.
Further details
Both Capdepera and Arta are no more than 5 minutes drive away. They are both charming villages to explore and provide good shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a lively village atmosphere. Arta has a very popular market on Tuesdays.
Only 7 minutes drive away is the fishing village of Cala Ratjada, which despite the effects of tourism, still retains much of its original character. The local authority have protected virtually all of the areas facing the sea with walkways only, where you can stroll and either visit a local bar, listen to live music, eat at one of the many restaurants or alternatively watch the magic of harbour life.
