Apartment is located at family resort of Palma Nova, by Son Matias beach, close to Torre Nova. A varied choice of restaurants, bar and entertainment and night life is available to you. All water sports are here. A short bus ride away you have Marineland with the Dolphin and parrot shows and the fantastic Port of Puerto Portals. Catch a bus at the door to the wonderful historic city of Palma, or to the old fishing port of Andratx. There are excellent golfing facilities nearby. Poniente, Bendinat and Santa Ponsa. Taxi´s are at hand also supermarket chemist and banks. Sit on the sunny terrace early morning with your fresh juice, or evening at sun set with a cool beer. The beach is just 45m in front of the apartment. Near by hotel pools can be used provided their drinks are purchased (please do not take your own drinks in).

Notes on accommodation
Apartment block has only 4 levels including ground level, it is not overlooked front or back. It is a large apartment with large rooms, the terrace runs the whole length of apartment. It is a first floor apartment and underneath is an office so quiet.
Suitable for children, good hire service available for cot, high chair whatever, at low cost they deliver and pick up. All info to read in brochure, or can be booked from UK.

Coast/Beach
4 beaches within close proximity. Palma Nova has 3, very nearby is Son Matias Palma Nova. Magaluf beach within 10 mins walking distance. The beach offers a good range of water sports, along with ample beach beds and parasols for hire. There are three other beaches in the area, which are only minutes away. All the beaches have similar facilities and lifeguards on duty in season. The seafront promenade has plenty of restaurants, bars and delightful pavement cafes, which are all child friendly.
Golf
Poniente Magaluf golf course 4 mins in taxi. Bendinat 18 hole course not for beginners. Santa Ponsa 1 and 2 courses. Palma Son Vida 18 hole.
Skiing
Water skiing nearby.
Travel
Car not necessary. Palma Airport 20km good bus and taxi service. Ferry 15km Train from Palma to Soller also other to Inca.
Distances
Palma Nova is in the South West of the island, twenty minutes drive from Palma airport. Mallorca is an island of outstanding natural beauty with mountains and inland countryside to explore, idyllic sun-drenched beaches, bustling resorts and quiet villages. The capital Palma is easily reached by public bus, and has a wealth of sightseeing opportunities, it also has excellent shopping. Mallorca is also home to the breathtaking ‘Cuevas Del Drach’ - Caves of Drach. The caves contain Lake Martel.

In our apartment you will find our personally compiled ‘Helpful Hints’ information book, which contains all sorts of information about what is going on in Palma Nova / Magalluf as well as various other parts of the island. Fly to Palma de Mallorca, flights are available with most low cost and major airlines from most local and major airports in the UK and Europe. Then take a taxi or a bus, to Palma Nova. Drop off point ‘Pappi´s’ bar.
Booking notes
Arrival day’s flexible. Arrival after 15.30h departure before 12 midday. Information on payment will be sent on request by e mail, good house keeping deposit £100, booking form to be completed on reservation. Payment of deposit 30% before booking flights to avoid disappointment.

What a fabulous apartment in such a prominent position - On one hand the beach within 2 minutes walk and on the other all amenities required on the doorstep! We paprticulary enjoyed being able to 'dip in' to the nightlife in Magaluf but by staying here were able to enjoy quiet time sat on the balcony watching the world go by. H Harmen
