However, a short 5km drive will bring you to the capital of Mahon, with it's great nightlife, restaurants and shops. This secluded villa, with private pool, has a covered gazebo for outdoor dining, as well as shelter from the sun - and the covered porch is ideal for relaxing on balmy evenings and enjoying the sea view. In addition, there is a delightful totally private walled courtyard, ideal for intimate dining, or a quiet breakfast!

Changeover day

Outside
Private garden with patios at either end of the 10m x 5m swimming pool. The gazebo and porch provide shade and there is seating for 8 around the outdoor dining table. There are three wooden loungers for sun-worshippers, plus a double "bow" hammock for the adventurous! A gas barbecue is adjacent to the gazebo.
Coast/Beach
The sea is only 75m away, and there is some great swimming off the rocks. Snorkelling is a must! The sandy cove of Binisafuller Playa is only 8-10 mins walk along a coastal path, and the larger beach of Binibeca is about 20 mins by foot or 5 mins by car.
Golf
Only one Golf course on the island, at Son Parc. Green fee 60-65 Euros approx.
Travel
Mahon Airport - 8km. Mahon town/ferry port - 5km. To fully explore the island of Menorca, which is only 35miles long and 9miles wide, we recommend that you hire a car, although there is a bus service from Binibeca that will take you most of the main towns.
Distances
Binibeca is only 12-15 mins walk away. Sant Lluis only 3km. Mahon - 5km. Mahon Airport - 8km drive away.
Further details
Menorca has the highest concentration of archealogical sites in the Mediterranean, with approx 2000 sites in about 702 sq.km. There are also several nature reserves to satisfy ornithologists and hikers alike.
Supermarkets: nearest - Binibeca, best (in our opinion!) - S'Uestra, biggest - Sant Lluis Business Park.
Fiestas: every weekend throughout the summer. Ask Tourist Information for details.
A full 'Welcome Pack', including details of restaurants, places to visit, and practical notes, will be sent in advance of your stay. "Essentials", such as milk, bread, butter, etc, will be provided on arrival.
Booking notes
Booking form, terms and conditions will be provided. 10% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking, and balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure. A fully refundable security deposit (against damages) of £150 per week is required with balance. Keys will be sent by recorded delivery two weeks prior to departure and Welcome Pack emailed.
