The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac at Binisafua, a short distance along the coast from Binibeca. Recently built this three bedroom, two bathroom villa with a 8m x 4m private pool is ideal for a relaxed self catering holiday. The villa is equipped to a very high standard with all modern conveniences. The airport is 15 minutes away and the flightpath sometimes provides an opportunity for plane spotting. The pretty sandy cove at Binisafua is only a 5 minute walk away. There are restaurants in easy walking distance and within a 10 minute drive are the working villages of Saint Climent and Saint Lluis. Closer is Binibeca Vell with numerous shops and restaurants and Binibecca beach. There are a number of supermarkets within easy driving distance therefore a car is recommended.

There are two full bathrooms. one bathroom is separate and the other is off the master bedroom. Bathroom to en-suite bedroom 1 with bath, shower, bidet, WC and wash hand basin. Second bathroom has bath, shower, WC and storage cupboard. |

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, washer dryer and dishwasher. |

The living dining area is entirely open plan with an attractive vaulted ceiling and an archway into the kitchen. Entering into a good size living room there is a TV recieving UK satellite free channels, a video, DVD player and CD for entertainment. |

Adjacent to the kitchen is is the indoor dining area where french doors lead out to the traditional menorcan chimney barbeque and terrace dinning area. Workspace ans seating around the barbaque and under the wooden pergola that completes the picture. |

All towels and linen are included (except beach towels). For two week stays a maid service is included where linen is changed and bathrooms cleaned. |

Outside
The private pool is 8x4m. There are six sun loungers, a coffee table. Outdoor dining is provided with a dining table overlooking the swimming pool on the front terrace and also at the side terrace in the BBQ area.
Coast/Beach
The main beach at Binisafua is a 5 minute walk away. There are a number of sandy coves within minutes. The well known beach at Binibeca is 5 minute drive away and has a lounger / pedalo hire and a bar serving drinks and light snacks. There are numerous rocky coves near by providing excellent swimming and snorkelling.
Travel
The airport at Mahon is a 15 minute drive away. Car hire is considered essential for properties in binisafua and is recommended for exploring this beautiful Island

Mahon 9 miles. Saint Lluis 4 miles. Cuitadella 25 miles. Alayor 8 miles.
Further details
The main Mahon / Cuitadella road has a number of shopping outlets selling locally produced produce such as leather goods, china, baskets and locally produced food.
Booking notes
Please contact via email to confirm availability. A 20% booking fee is required. The balence of payment and a £200 breakage deposit (fully refundable) is due 8 weeks before the holiday date.
