This is a new apartment in an exclusive new, gated development overlooking Cala D'Or Marina and only a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and shops that can be found there. The many restaurants, bars and shops of bustling Cala D'Or itself are approx 15 minutes walk and good beaches are also found nearby. The apartment has a very large private roof terrace with sunbeds and also a large balcony terrace with retractable sun canopy and deluxe table and chairs. As the apartment is situated on the second floor (lift access), no-one can walk past the apartment and you are not able to be overlooked. The apartment therefore offers complete privacy. There is a communal pool set in newly landscaped gardens, which has a shallow area for children. The apartment is air conditoned and fitted to a very high standard with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living and dining area and fully fitted kitchen.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.

Changeover day
Changeover day can be flexible. Access to the apartment is available after 3pm on the day of arrival. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy and vacate by 10 am on day of departure.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1, kingsize bed, two bedside tables with lamps, large built in wardrobes and door to balcony terrace.
Bedroom 2, two single beds, bedside cupboard with lamp, built in wardrobe.
Also provided - travel cot.
Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1, bath, bidet, toilet and hand-basin.
Seperate bathroom with large tiled walk-in shower, toilet and hand-basin.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with built in oven and grill, four ring hob and dishwasher. Fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and all cutlery, crockery etc.
Living Rooms: Two sofas, lamp tables, coffee table, LCD with satellite TV and DVD player. Patio doors slide open onto large balcony terrace with table, chairs and retractable sun canopy. Views over the marina.
Other: Dining area includes glass top table and four chairs. High chair also provided.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All bed linen and towels provided and changed once a week. Apartment cleaned once a week. Please note, cot bedding is not provided.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is on the second floor and has lift access. A travel cot and high chair are provided and there is room in bedroom 1 to put up the travel cot - so the apartment could cater for up to 4 adults and a baby.

Outside
Patio doors lead from the living room to a large balcony terrace, equipped with deluxe table and 6 chairs and a most useful retractable sun canopy. A flight of stairs from outside the apartment will take you to a private roof terrace (situated directly above the apartment). It has stunning views over Cala D'Or marina and the surrounding countryside and is equipped with sunbeds and a gas BBQ. It also has a water supply. A communal pool in landscaped gardens with a shallow area suitable for children is a moments stroll from the apartment.

Travel
Palma airport is approx 65 km away, an easy 45 minute drive (approx. 75 euros in a taxi). Car hire is not essential (although we find it very useful) as beaches, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance and there is a good service of buses and 'land trains' if you wanted to travel further afield. For example, there are a couple of wonderful beaches at Mondrago national park which is approx. 30 minutes on a land train.

Booking notes
A 25 % non-refundable deposit must be paid at time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. Cancellation policy will be detailed on booking form.
A £100 security and key deposit is also required. This will be returned on receipt of the keys after your holiday.
