Sa Font Fresca Villa and Cottage are privately owned and sympathetically converted into luxurious holiday accomodation whilst keeping their original features. Situated in the prettiest of tranquil settings at the side of the Sa Font Fresca stream in picturesque Deia. 2 minutes walk from the village and restaurants. The Cottage and Villa can be rented alone or together to provide accommodation for 10 people in all, ideal for weddings and birthday celebrations. The Villa has 2 double and 1 twin bedroom, 2 with en-suite shower rooms plus 1 large bathroom. Large lounge/dining room with DVD, CD and Video player. The cottage has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and 1 large shower room. Large lounge with original old stone sink. DVD, CD and Video player and seperate dining room. Each has it's own patio area. Outside are pergolas hung with bourganvillea and passion flowers, and in the terraced gardens there are Persimmon, Advocado and Orange trees and a barbeque area.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have electric central heating, in summer the rooms are cool as Sa Font Fresca was built in the 14th century and the walls are very thick but there is also a fan in each room.
Linen and towels are provide but please bring your own Beach Towels.
The cottages are cleaned one a week but can be more for an extra cost.
A chef can be provided again at your own cost.
I regret as the cottages are next to one another we do not take children under 12.
Accessibility
I regret that my property would not be suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Outside there are pretty paved terraces with rattan furniture for lazing and dining. Pergolas with bougainvillaea, wisteria, passion flowers and persimmons. Oranges and advocados grow in the garden.
We do not have a pool but the pretty Cala Deia is a 10 minutes car ride away, it is great for swimming and has 2 very good fish restaurants.
If you are fit it's a 30 minute walk.
Coast/Beach
30 mins walk to Cala Deia cove with great swimming and 2 good fish restaurants. 10 minutes by car.
We have parking permits which allow you to park within a few minutes walk.
Travel
Palma airport is a 30 mins drive from Deia.
Car hire is recommended as there are so many nice places to visist locally but taxis are available outside the airport.
Distances
Palma City 30 minutes drive.
Valdamossa 10 minutes - interesting market on Sundays.
Soller Port 20 minutes - Soller Port has been very much updated and is well worth a visit.
Soller Town 20 minutes - a pretty French style town with central square surrounded by cafes, an ideal place to sit and people watch.
Further details
Deia is a stunning village with great restaurants, bars and wonderful mountain views.
The Robert Graves museum is now open and based in his own house just 5 minutes walk from Deia.

A 20% deposit is payable when booking with the balance being due 1 month before you go. 5 days minimum stay.
