Annie and Martin look forward to welcoming you to Finca Son Jorbo. This small family run bed and breakfast in a restored 17th century country house is set in 10 acres on a hillside location with views over the countryside, local towns and the mountains beyond.

Notes on prices
Prices are per apartment per night based on 2 people sharing.
5% discount for stays of 8 or more nights.
Prices include buffet breakfast and IVA (local tax).
Shorter stays are sometimes possible for late bookings.
Our Lila apartment has a second, single bedroom suitable for 1 adult.
Finca Son Jorbo is a place for peace and relaxation. For this reason we do not accept children.

Notes on accommodation
Continental breakfast is served on the terrace in the summer and indoors on cooler days. Rooms are cleaned daily. When it comes to food there are several local restaurants, or why not make use of the barbecue and help yourself to the Honesty Bar. If you want to do your own shopping, there are markets in the local towns, or you may want us to provision your apartment for your arrival. We'll even provide you with a cool box to take to the beach. There is free WiFi and a computer and printer in the library.
Outside
The pool and surrounding terrace are in full sun all day with sun loungers and parasols. There are quiet spots around the grounds that offer more shade should you need to escape the sun for a while.
Coast/Beach
The south-east coast of Mallorca has many of the best beaches on the island, all within a short drive.
Golf
There are many golf courses on Mallorca and several within easy reach of the finca.
Travel
Finca Son Jorbo is 30 minutes drive from the airport. Due to the rural location, car hire is essential.
Distances
The small market town of Porreres is 2km away. Here you can take a coffee or try some tapas at one of the many bars in the main square. This is the "real Mallorca" a world away from the coastal resorts. Palma is 30 minutes by car or 50 minutes by bus and you can get to almost anywhere on the island within 1 hour.

About the owner
We have been living in Mallorca for 7 years and have been running Finca son Jorbo as a bed and breakfast for the past 4 years. After living and working in the UK we wanted a change so we sold everything and moved to Mallorca with 3 cats (we now have a few more!)

Why the owner chose a guest house in this location
We liked the fact that we are in the centre of the island so that we can get to anywhere else in Mallorca in less than 1 hour.
It is very much the real Mallorca here in Porreres and not at all like some of the over-developed coastal resorts (although they are not far away if we want a change).
Unique benefits of the property
We offer peace and relaxation for grown ups. But when you want more life it is never far away.
