Accessibility
4 of the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are on the ground floor. Other important features of the ground floor are the kitchen, the dinnig room and the TV room.
Outside
Three paved terraces provide different environments making it possible to enjoy life outdoors all through the day as each terrace has been purposely designed. The one serving as front porch is equipped with a table for 8 diners and a lunching area. At the back of the house, another terrace, next to the orchard, is shielded from the sun by a climbing vine over a table for 12, providing an ideal setting for alfresco dining. And the third terrace, by the pool, is perfect for sunbathing in a private environment. Furthermore, a barbecue and a wood fired baking oven widen the scope for entertaining guests.
Coast/Beach
Those wanting to enjoy the sun and the sea will find countless beaches of fine white sand to suit all tastes as it takes less than an hour to survey the whole of the island in search of your ideal beach. In any case, the house library will supply all necessary information regarding the island so that you may choose among the many possibilities available.
Golf
Those wishing to practise sports may like to use an exclusive 18 hole golf course or arrange horse rides in open country as well as bicycle rides or simply walk along the fields within the limits of the house or along the numerous country lanes in the vicinity.
Special interest holidays
Many are the sport and cultural activities our visitors may indulge in close to the house, such as the important archaeological sites of Trepucó, Torralba d´en Salord and Cales Coves. A 10 minute drive will take you to the nearby port of Maó where boats may be hired.
Travel
The house is located in Sant Climent, a 10 minute drive from the centre of Maó, the capital city of Menorca, and only 5 minutes away from the airport by car. Car hire is recommended to visit the island and its beaches.
Distances
Sant Climent is 5 minute away with shops, bars, restaurants and banks and the capital Maó is a 10 minute drive away the town.
Further details
Menorcan cuisine is excellently represented by the numerous restaurants in the island although you may wish to enjoy a quiet meal at home made from the wide variety of fresh fish available at the nearby market in Maó.
Booking notes
Prefered booking by weeks or months, to be made by telephone or email with your address. 30% of the amount to book the house, by bank transfer. The rest of the payment 4 weeks before travel. A 500 € security and damage deposit will also be required with the final payment. This will be returned after a satisfactory report from the manager.
