Changeover day
Usualy the apartment will be available for you from 3 PM the day you arrive. And the day you leave you have to be out latest 10 AM.

The apartment will be fully prepered for your arrival. All linen, hand and pool towels and cleaning are included. For holidays of 2 weeks or more, linen and towels changed weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
Smoking strictly forbidden in the apartment. Secure parking lot is available in basemant. There is also a locker room where golfbags and trolleys can be stored.
Accessibility
The apartment is located on the second floor. Close to the elevators. Easy access to the pool area. We would recommend that small children be supervised when using the pool.
Outside
Large shaded terrace in front of the pool area and with sea view. Luxury seating. One large pool with sunbeds.
Coast/Beach
Port Adriano - 5 mins walk. Santa Ponsa "Little Beach" is only 2 mins by car, whilst the main Santa Ponsa Beach is 4/5 mins. Magaluf 7 Minutes, Aqua Park, Western World 5 minutes. Puerto Portals and Camp de Mar 15 minutes. All beaches sandy with resturants nearby.
Golf
Mallorca is ideal for golfers with courses and facilities offering all year round. Over 17 golf courses on the island varying from level to hilly. Santa Ponsa, Poniente and Royal Bendinat are within 10 mins by car. To the South West is Golf DŽAndratx, to the East - Son Vida, Son Entem, Son Tell. It is possible to play a different style of corse every day!
Travel
Palma airport 20 minutes. Palma City 20 minutes. Puerto Portals 10 minutes. Port Andratx 15-20 minutes. Valdemosa and mountains 20 minutes.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The rest, along with a security deposit of 300 Euro, should be payed 8 weeks before your arrival. The "security deposit" will be repayed to you as soon as we have found that everything is in order, and nothing has been brooken.
