This traditional house offers a nice, well stocked kitchen and a dining area. The living room is cosy and comfortable, has a chimney for winter days. Upstairs you have 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and the master bedroom with a French double bed. Bathroom with shower. Carefully decorated to a Mallorcan style. Big area outside: Terrace, covered terrace well furnished, barbecue area, infinity swimming pool and also what we called the "little tower", an antique romantic place where young lovers went years ago to enjoy the stunning view over the valley and probably this place saw their first kisses, you can realise looking the inner part of its roof, with the romantic inscriptions made 100 years ago for the lovers. Do you know a most romantic place? Lovely place for children, but must be always supervised by an adult. Nestled in the mountains you won't hear any noise but birds and sheep.

Notes on accommodation
The place is suitable for children but always supervised by an adult specially when they are outside. Remember there is a pool and open space.

Distances
The property is located between Sóller and Fornalutx.
10 minutes drive from main road trough a rural path. For this reason car hire is essential. Worth to drive 10 minutes to enjoy the calm and stunning views over Sóller & Port de Sóller once you reach the house.

Booking notes
Deposit required on confirmation of booking. Balance to be paid on arrival in cash in Euros. We ask for a bail of 150 Euros to be given in cash on arrival, this money is kept by the owner and returned to you on departure once we see that everything is OK.
Please note that the deposit to reserve the property is non-refundable on cancellation by the tenant.
