Notes on accommodation
The villa has air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fan. The villa is suitable for families. The studio apartment is accessed from the garden.There are no cooking facilities in the studio. The steps leading from the villa to the pool and garden are gated. Parking is available on the road right outside the villa. Travelcots and high chairs available for hire. May we remind guests that the villa must be left clean & tidy. Welcome tea/coffee pack.

Accessibility
This villa is not suitable for the disabled as it has steps leading into the property and down to the garden area.
Outside
The garden has its own private pool, outdoor BBQ area, plenty of sunbeds and outside dining furniture & a parasol.
Coast/Beach
The villa is about a 10 minute walk to the beach or just a couple of minutes by car. The beach is beautiful with crystal clear sea and white sand. Ideal for swimming, snorkelling etc. You can hire sun beds, parasols, pedaloes. There is a shop, bar, restaurant right by the beach. There is also a car park and childrens play area.
Golf
Son Parc golf course is about 30 minutes drive.
Travel
Cala'n Porter is about a 10 - 15 minute drive form the airport.
Car hire is not essential but would be recommended just for a few days as the Island is beautiful and well worth seeing.
Distances
The capital Mahon is about 15 - 20 minute drive. Ciutadella about 40 minutes, Cala Galdana about 30 minutes, Fornells 25 minutes, Alaior 15 minutes.
Further details
Cala'n Porter has a selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, a bank, a hairdressers, a chemist, childres play facilities etc. It has a mini train that runs around the resort. It has a bus service and a taxi rank. There are several car hire shops. It is also home to the beautiful Cova de Xoiroi which is cave that you can visit and have drink in by day and turns into a night club at night.
Booking notes
A deposit of £200 per week is required and the final balance is due 10 weeks before arrival. Please note we usually only accept bookings in high season for 14 nights or longer(July/August).
