A peaceful place ideal for people who want to relax but not be far away from all the facilities - even though the Figueretes beach promenade with many nice restaurants is only a few steps away, our house is located in a quiet residential enclave (no loud bars). From the large terrace, you look over Mediterranean gardens to the sea, the southern end of the island and all the way to Formentera. You will be the only holiday guests in a house only inhabitated by the owner's family. The entire flat has been completely renovated in 2004, it is cosy, functional, and comfortably furnished. As we are experienced travellers ourselves, we have made an effort to provide everything you need for a successful holiday.

About the owner
We are an American/German married couple in our 50's, we moved to Ibiza in 1994 when our children were little and built our own small business - not at all in tourism! One of our great passions is travelling, we like to discover a new place every time we go on a trip. We do not like hotels unless it's unavoidable; whenever it is possible, we rent apartments where we appreciate our privacy, nice views, comfortable furniture, and a functional, well equipped kichen! As we have much experience in this field, we try to provide our own guests with exactly that: a place where they can feel at home, where they don't have to look in vain for a potholder, a serving spoon, a cutting board, etc... We live in the same house as our guests, and we are always ready to give some good insider tips.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We moved from northern Germany to Ibiza in 1994 and lived for two years in a small village in the country. Originally moving to the city just to be closer to work and school, we found this property and fell in love with it the moment we stepped onto the large terrace with its breathtaking view over the sea, the southern end of the island, and all the way to Formentera. Even though being right at the edge of modern Ibiza town with all its facilities, here we never get the feeling that we are living in a city! The combination of having a lush Mediterranean garden, living only a few steps from the beach, and not needing to drive anywhere, has never stopped being convincing, and we have never regretted our decision.

Unique benefits of the property
The greatest advantage of this apartment is of course it's unique location with the beach and the beach promenade with a good choice of nice restaurants literally only a few steps away, the market and shops of the modern town, and the picturesque old town, even the fortress, within easy walking distance. What makes our house special is that in spite of this vicinity, it is in a quiet enclave of residential area with gardens - no loud bars, no music! Also, there is only this one apartment, personal and comfortable, well equipped and cozy - not at all like in a touristic apartment block; and we are your only direct neighbours. What our guests enjoy most are the quiet nights, and breakfasts, on the huge terrace overlooking the sea - for everyone an unforgettable experience.
