Cala Marcal beach is only 1 minutes walk away and has good facilities with a few shops, restaurants and bars and supermarket.

Accessibility
The property is on the first floor and there are no facilities for wheelchairs.
Outside
There is a large communal pool with children's pool. There are 2 sun loungers at the pool for sole use of the apartment and further loungers and umbrellas are kept in the utility area.
Coast/Beach
Porto Colom is situated on the south east coast of Mallorca. The tiny harbour has remained unspoilt and still has its colourful old fishermen's houses complimented by a few shops, some fine restaurants, sailing and diving school. Porto Colom has a reputation for its fine restaurants. Cala Marcal a beautiful safe beach with fine sands and clear sea and is ideal for children. There good facilities at the beach. Porto Colom is approx 10 mins walk. Cala Marcal beach is 2 minutes walk.
Golf
Vall D'Or golf course is only 4km away. It is an excellent golf course, well established, beautifully maintained and has panoramic views of the coastline.
Travel
Palma Airport is approximately 45 minutes drive from the Airport. A car is not essential but is recommend.
Distances
Cala D'Or is 10 minutes drive, Porto Cristo is 20 minutes drive. There are many places of interest to visit and information is available at the apartment. There is a tourist information office in Cala Marcal. There is a bus service to Palma Centre and Cala D'Or from Cala Marcal and Porto Colom. There are also many excursions available to various parts of the island from the local travel/tourist agents.
Further details
There is a small supermarket in Cala Marcal beach about 1 minutes walk from the apartment which sells fresh bread, milk, fruit and veg etc. There are 2 larger supermarkets in Porto Colom which sell fresh meat and fish. Nearby, are shops, bars, restaurants, car hire, travel agency, diving school, fishing trips, boat trips (daily), medical centre and many other amenities.
