Located in the Cala De Bou area on the outskirts of San Antonio, only two minutes walk from the beach and the convenience of nearby shops, restaurants and bars. The occupants also have the benefit of the use of the community garden and swimming pool. Water taxis run regularly to other beaches in the area and San Antonio centre from a jetty at the rear of the property. The house is part of a community and situated in a central position at the furthest point from the entrance which minimizes the number of people walking past.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds from Saturday to Saturday. Property available from 3pm on arrival and must be vacated by 12am on day of departure (2008 only).
Changeover day
Check in after 3pm day of arrival. Check out 12 noon on day of departure. These times may be flexible if there is enough time between rentals. If not we will provide safe storage for your bags outside these times.

Coast/Beach
The beach is two minutes walk from the rear of property. The beach as a nice beach bar. The popular setset bar Kumarus is right outside the main enterance. This is a really funky bar and in July and August gets very busy with some good attractions.
Special interest holidays
Ibiza is a perfect place for mountain bikes with 20 routes ranging from beginners to the extreme. All track are well sign posted and the climate in May June September October is perfect. These routes take to places on the island that most tourist never see. Mountain bike hire can be arranged with prices depending on the model of bike.
Travel
Ibiza airport is about 25 minutes taxi ride from the property.

Local shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket are all within walking distance.
Booking notes
10% of rental at time of booking. 40% paid 12weeks prior to start of rental. The remaining 50% paid on arrival. Damage / loss deposit £500 on arrival. Deposit will be returned on check out after place as been vacated.
