The large living/dining area offers spectacular views of the mountains and opens to a spacious terrace for outside dining. Fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and laundry room. The apartment is air conditioned and has central heating. Outside there is a large communal pool and garden area with sunbeds. The apartment is located in a quiet spot, yet very near many restaurants, bars and shops. The marina and beach are less than a 10 mins level walk away. A car is not essential.
