Changeover day
Changeover day will be mainly Sunday although this can sometimes be flexible only in low season, we usually check-out at 10:00am and check-in after 4:00pm.

Outside there is a garden all around you. 2 swimming pools, a sundeck area that looks out of the mountain onto an impressive sea view and a brand new efficient barbecue and outside dining area.

The villa is situated in Portixol, close to San Miguel, this is one of the most picturesque areas of Ibiza, with beautiful panoramic views all around you.
Booking notes
You need to send 50% of the entire rental price to book the villa, the remaining 50% can be paid on your arrival. Security deposit of 1000 euros is also required in case of damages and/or breakages refundable when property will be inspected.
