The house is set to the back of a small development with steps leading up from the shared pool. There is a front lawn and a large covered terrace with a built in BBQ and seating for 6. Double patio doors lead into the house, which is on two levels. There is a large living/dining area with a TV, DVD/CD player. there is a twin bedroom and bathroom downstairs with a shower cubicle. Fully equipped modern kitchen which includes an oven, grill and hob, a fridge freezer and a washing machine. The back door leads out onto the sun terrace, with sun loungers, table and chairs. The upstairs has two large bedrooms, one double and one twin. They both have a balcony and delightful sea views. A full spacious bathroom and a back balcony. All bedrooms have air conditioning. A parking space is available at the front of the development.

Changeover day
The changeover day is negotiable. On the day of arrival you may enter the house after 2pm. On the day of departure you need to vacate the house by 10am.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, balcony with sea view and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, balcony with sea view and air conditioning.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds and air conditioning.
Bathrooms: Main bathroon with bath/shower over, WC and bidet.
Shower room with WC.
Kitchen: Kitchen with cooker, hob and grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and all cooking utensils.
Utility Room: Iron and board, airer and pegs.
Living Rooms: The living area has a TV and DVD/CD player with settee and 2 chairs. The dining area has a large table and 6 chairs.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
We supply all bed linens and towels, except beach towels. Our management company provides an emergency call out service, changeovers and weekly maid service.

Notes on accommodation
Families with children welcome. A travel cot is available on request. Children's toys and utensils are available. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit.

The steps make it in accessible for wheelchairs and the infirm.

Outside
The back patio area has sunloungers and table and chairs for four and is not overlooked. The front terrace has a large table and seating for 6. There is a built in BBQ and small garden infront.

Coast/Beach
The beach is a 10 min walk away approx 300m down the steps and paths which lead to the horseshoe bay. The beach also has a car park at the bottom, a 2 min drive away. There are sunbeds to hire on the beaches, as well as some water sport activities. There are bars for refreshments and food.

Golf
Son Parc golf course 10 mins drive.

Travel
The nearest airport is Mahon, the capital of Menorca, and is 12km away, a 20 min drive, directions to the house will be given.

Distances
The island is only small and great to get around by hire car, taxi or bus. There are many lovely beaches around the island reached by car or by foot. The towns and cities have lots of character with lovely shops, sites and parks to visit. Ciutedella and Mahon are the main cities at either end of the Island and both are well worth a visit.

Further details
The resort has many restaurants, bars and evening entertainment. There are well equipped supermarkets and shops for all your holiday needs, a doctors surgery and pharmacy are in the resort. Car hire, buses and taxis all operate in Arenal D'en Castell.

Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the total booking is payable on confirmation of availability. The remainder is to be paid 8 weeks before departure. A separate cheque for £50 for damages and breakages is required, which will be returned after your holiday confirmation of no problems. Rental rates include the provision of bed linen and towels and weekly maid service.
