This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located on the water's edge, at the foot of one the most beautiful bays in north-east Mallorca. It is like a small villa and becomes an excellent base for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca. Sandy beach is at walking distance (400m), and the sea is crystal clear with lovely turquoise and deep blue shades. The swimming pool is very large and its position, in front of the sea, ideal. The area has very traditional villages – Arta, Capdepera, Cala Rajada – with a lot of character, history and very good restaurants and shops. The apartment is decorated with great taste inside; white/ magnolia colours on the walls, valuable furniture giving a local character on the rooms, and original modern painting all around. All of high standards. Terrace is very large and has direct views on the sea: it has a barbecue, sunbeds, table & chairs for lunch and dinner outside. The golf field is only at half a mile from the apartment.

Coast/Beach
Located on the water's edge. Large sandy beach within 3 minutes walk.
Golf
One of the best golf fields of Mallorca (18 holes) is 0.5 mile from the apartment. You will find also another 3 more golf fields around.
Special interest holidays
Nearby villages of arta, Capdepera and Cala Ratjada have a lot of character and history and there are very nice excursions to do.
Travel
Palma airport is 45 miles.
Further details
The apartment has views of the most beautiful part of the north-east coast of Mallorca. It is located in the best preserved part of the island, with the highest standards. The nearby villages give all the local character, and you will find many secluded beaches around. Sea waters are crystal clear and no crowds around. It is a marvellous place for relaxing, for really taking a break. In the area you can practise all sorts of sports: swimming, diving, fishing, tennis, cycling, walking, golfing.

Diane and I have had a wonderful stay in your apartment at Canyamel over the last 2 weeks, the weather was very good,we are now in London on our way back to Cape Town
We would like to come to your apartment next year 2010,for a longer period of 3 weeks,if this is possible.
The dates would be from Saturday 14 August till Saturday 04 September inclusive,you must please advise on the costs and the payment you require.
We took the door key with us and will return or hold depending on your wishes.
Staying in Canyamel is very special as the peace a relaxaton is excellent together with the weather.
We hope that you are your family are all well and will be watching the World Cup in South Africa, I am sure that Spain will be very good.
