Notes on accommodation
Patio area is all new, made from Menorcan natural stone which is cool to walk on as well as non-slip. We would kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking inside the property.

Amenities/Facilities provided

Outside
Own private 6m x 4m pool with Roman steps. Patio area with sun beds all backing on to green belt land not overlooked. Terraced area with table and chairs. Own private parking.

Coast/Beach
Cala Blanca beach is a 5 minute walk away from the villa. Set in a pretty cove it has many restaurants, snack bars and sun bed and catamaran hire.

Special interest holidays
There are excellent facilities in Cala Blanca for scuba diving, sailing, walking and cycling. There are also many other beaches within easy reach.

Travel
Mahon airport is a 45 minute drive to Cala Blanca. Taxis are readily available. Car hire is highly recommended to explore this beautiful island and can be picked up from the airport.

Distances
The beautiful old city of Ciutadella is only a 10 minute drive away, with many beautiful sights, restaurants and harbour. Large modern supermarket only 10 minutes away.

Further details
There is a good selection of local restaurants and small supermarkets only 2 minutes away. Buses are also available which take you into the beautiful old city of Ciutadella. A must see with its ancient cathedral, quaint old Menorcan streets and many shops and restaurants to choose from. The harbour in Ciutadella is a must, for either a stroll admiring all the boats or fine eating in one of it's many harbour side restaurants. Local doctor and pharmacy next door to the villa.

Booking notes
A deposit payment of £100 is required to hold on account. This holding deposit will be returned after departure on confirmation from the management company that there have been no breakages, losses or damage to the property. Full payment of accomodation is required 8 weeks prior to departure when full details will be given for the collection of keys. Booking deposit of £100 is non refundable due to cancellation.
