This nice house is located in an attractive green valley in the north west of Mallorca, close to the famous antique farmhouse and gardens of Alfabia. Villa Es Putchet is a pleasant 15 minutes walk to the villa of Bunyola where there are traditional bakeries, newsagents (with English press), supermarkets, a chemist, a bakery that serves fresh baked bread and restaurants. The house is elevate over a little mountains ( 15o m.) surround by marvellous mountains of the
Sierra de Tramuntana. The Villa Es Putchet has an attractive garden area and located in a nice and peaceful area, from the terrace you can see fantastic views, the Villa of Bunyola, the famous mountains ‘Ses Gubias’ suitable for do the climbing. Villa Es Putchet is only 15km far from Palma where you can visit the Cathedral, La Almudaina. The Castle of Bellver and some more places to visit. The Village of Soller and the port is 15km.from Bunyola and you can do many excursions by boat to La Calobra and Torrent de Pareis.
