The casita is set within private grounds in this semi-rural location offering the ideal retreat for a peaceful and relaxing break. It has its own south facing private terrace and sole use of the swimming pool. Alternatively a garden hammock awaits for that after lunch siesta along with the numerous sunbeds around the garden. Resist the temptation to stay put; the beaches are a short drive, there are miles of superb walking and the capital Mahon with all its history and architecture is all but a 10 minute drive. Trebaluger is a 15/20 minute drive from the airport.

Winter lets from December - end of March costings are based on £350 per week.
Changeover day
Bookings run from Friday to Friday. Arrival from 3pm Departure 10am. Flexible arrival days out of season.

Notes on accommodation
The casita is a non-smoking establishment. We have a combined air conditioning/heating system for which there will be a nominal charge for usage.
We also have a heated swimming pool. If residents require this to be heated there will be a charge of 300 euros per week. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children. We leave a welcome pack in the casita.
Accessibility
The casita and garden are all on one level.
Outside
For alfresco dining the casita offers a barbecue on the private terrace. A 10m x 5m (heated optional) swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful beaches and coves to discover on Menorca. The nearest beach is a 10 minute drive.
Golf
1 golf course on the island which is a 40 minute drive.
Travel
Mahon airport is a 15 minute drive. Car hire is strongly recommended to get the most from your visit. We can arrange car hire if required.
Distances
A very good local supermarket is less than a 10 minute walk. The small quaint town of Sant Lluis where you will find everything you need is a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. The capital Mahon with its fine architecture and busy port is just 12 minutes in the car.

Places of interest in Menorca are in abundance from the history of the island to the many walks both coastal and inland for the observer to admire. We can supply various maps and information to assist your stay.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required on confirmation. We are unable to refund deposits, travel insurance is strongly advisable when booking your holiday. Payment in full is required 4 weeks before arrival.
