This traditional villa has open and uninterrupted views of the Majorcan countryside but is still within 5 minutes drive of the old town of Pollenca and a 10 minute drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Puerto Alcudia. Other: Separate dining area overlooking pool, including high-chair.

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms fully air-conditioned (hot and cold).

Outside
Extensive grounds/gardens with ample private parking. Outdoor covered dining area, separate barbecue area. 6 sun loungers provided. Pool is 10m x 5m (depth - 1-2 metres).

Coast/Beach
The 5km stretch of Alcudia beach which is very safe for families is approximately 10 minutes drive away. The beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Cala San Vincentes are also about the same distance.

Golf
There are two golf courses within a 10 minutes drive. (Pollenca and Alcanda). Also numerous other golf courses on the island all of which are within easy reach.

Travel
Palma airport is approximately 30 minutes drive on the newly completed motorway. Our villa is just 1 mile from exit No. 40. Car hire is essential.

Distances
The nearest town is Sa Pobla which is approximately 5 minutes drive away (3km). This is a local town full of character with markets on Sunday, two large supermarkets and a variety of small restaurants and bars. Within a 10km drive are the old and historic towns of Pollenca and Alcudia, each with historic roman sites. Nearby are the Caves of Campanet. Further afield you find the City of Palma with all its cosmopolitan as well as historic places of interest.

Booking notes
Please contact ourselves to check availability. A deposit of £200 is then required per week when booking. The balance is then due 8 weeks prior to your departure date.

I live and work in the north of England and have been holidaying in Mallorca for many years with both familly and friends.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I bought this property after viewing many villas not only in Mallorca but anywhere within a 2-3 hour flight from the UK. I chose this one for its beautiful location and whilst being in a very tranquil area is within a few kilometres of long sandy beaches and all the creature comforts that Mallorca has to offer.

Unique benefits of the property
the villa is around 35 mins drive from Palma airport which itself is served by many low cost airlines and so is accessible all year round. the nearest golf course (Pollenca) is just a 5 min drive away with magnificent views across the bay. For non golfers they also do a menu of the day by there pool! another golf course can be found a further 5 mins at Alcanda (Alcudia). Nowhere in Mallorca is more than an hours drive from our villa so from the quiet mountain villages to the style of Palma the choice is yours.
