The Villa is set on two floors with six elegantly furnished bedrooms (5 double beds and 1 twin). Upstairs there is a big terrace with an Asian style chill-out area and large bed sheathed by a fuchsia mosquito net and complete with a wonderful view over the pool and the beautiful landscape. Located in San Miguel one of the most unspoilt parts of Ibiza where some of the most beautiful beaches of the island are just a few moments driving away.

Changeover day
Changeover day it will be mainly Saturday to Saturday although this can sometimes be flexible only in low season.
Check in at 15pm- Check out at 10am.

There is a washing machine and storage space in the utility room. |
| Living Rooms: |
The Living room is very spacious with a strikingly high ceiling - it has a sofa bed, DVD player, Satellite TV and stereo. It leads on the outside pool area. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
All the bedlinen and towels are provided. Cleaning and linen change is offered for free once a week unless otherwise requested.
Pool cleaning will be done twice a week. |

Outside
The outside area is truly magnificent the large garden is landscaped with lots of small alcoves and secluded seating areas.There is an outside kitchen with fridge and a very effective barbecue.
A big refreshing swimming pool with sun beds and parasols.
Coast/Beach
2 minutes drive from San Miguel beach.
5 minutes drive from one of the finest beaches on the island cala Benirras.
This beach is famous in the Ibiza for its magical view of the sunset.
Golf
The Villa is about 15/20 minutes drive from Ibiza Golf course.
Travel
20 minutes from the airport.
15/20 minutes from Ibiza Town.
Car hire is not essential but as with any other villa I personally recommend it.
We can actually arrange your car hire for you with, without you having to pay anything or leave any details until you collect it.
We can also arrange airport pickup.
Distances
1 minute drive from San Miguel Village where there are shops, cafe's, bars and restaurants. The Villa though, is totally private, tranquil and secluded.
Booking notes
You need to send 50% of the entire rental price to book the villa, the remaining 50% can be paid on your arrival. Security deposit of 800 euros is also required in case of damages and/or breakages refundable when property will be inspected.
