Beautiful secluded villa with private pool and garden, 10 minutes drive to the old town of Pollenca, 5 mins drive to Pollenca Golf Club, 20 minutes drive to the lovely beaches of Puerto Pollenca or the historic town of Alcudia. This villa is situated near the foothills of the Traumuntana range and has peaceful forest views. The villa is completely enclosed by fencing and hedges therefore making it very private and safe for children.

Changeover day
Saturday is change over day. Arrival time to villa is 3pm and departure by 10.30am.

There is a BBQ, patio area with table, parasol and 6 chairs. 4 sun lounges and separate poolside table and chairs. Outside the master bedroom, is a covered patio area overlooking the pool and garden.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful horseshoe shaped bay of Pollenca is 20 minutes drive and the long sandy beaches are also a 20 minute drive.
Golf
The Pollensa Golf Club is 5 minutes drive. The course has panoramic views over the Traumuntana mountains, olive groves, the bays of Pollença and Alcudia and s’Albufera reserve.
Travel
Palma airport is a 40 minute drive to the south.
Distances
Sa Pobla is the nearest town which is steeped in history and a true working agricultural town. Sa Pobla has plenty of well stocked supermarkets and lovely side walk cafes and restaurants. The historic town of Pollenca is 10 mins drive, and boast some of the islands finest restaurants. There is a weekly market which is well worth visiting for fresh produce and Island crafts. Alcudia is 20 minutes drive and hosts the famous walled town which in turn has a weekly market as well.

The town of Pollenca has easy to find banks, supermarkets, restaurants and doctors surgery.
Booking notes
A non refundable 25% deposit is required plus £200 security deposit which is to be refunded after inventory completed, keys returned and house checked for any breakages. Balance is required 8 weeks prior to travel. Please note no single sex groups. (Smoking is not permitted in the house).
