Casa Leah is a traditionally built and beautifully furnished 4 bedroomed house with a relaxing private pool. The house has absolutely stunning views to the mountains from the terraces. It is but a minute's walk to the pretty village square with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. This is a fantastic area for walking or just relaxing whilst enjoying the marvellous views and local hospitality. The 2 beaches at Port de Soller are a 10 minute drive. Both the Port and the town of Soller offer many fantastic restaurants and bars, bike rental, Mallorca vacation property, Fornalutx vacation property, boat rental and transportation to the rest of the island.

Changeover day
change over day is flexible. However it must be vacated at 10.00am on departure date.

| Living Rooms: | The lounge has 2 comfortable leather suites, beautiful wood burning fireplace, English and European satellite, TV and CD stereo. The stylish inside dining area seats 6/8. The lounge leads on to the patio dining area which seats 6-8. |
| Other: | All of the rooms are beautifully furnished. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The private garden with beautiful views and private pool is a great place to enjoy a leisurely holiday. There is also a gate between the pool and the terrace for safety. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linens and towels are included. Cleaning is on a weekly basis and will be charged at 10 euros per head and is paid in full to Sari the property manager. Air-conditioning is available for 50 euros per week. |

Accessibility
Easy access 2 min walk from the local historic square where you will find little shops and restaurants. The house is not situated up hill of up steep steps.
Outside
Accessed from the living room is the beautiful patio dining area and private pool (with a small safety fence for child safety). The views from here are truly spectacular.
Coast/Beach
The Port of Soller is a 10 mins drive from Fornalutx. A fun way to get there is to take the historic tram from the centre of the town of Soller. There are 2 beaches and fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. Also car, bike, kayak and boat rental. Water skiing is available in the port.

Special interest holidays
Any one who enjoys walking or Cycling this area is perfect, Cycles can also be stored in the locked garden at the rear of the property there are also many clubs in Soller town. There is also near by tennis courts available.
Travel
35 minutes by car to Palma International Airport. The beach and harbour is 10 mins away. The town of Soller is 5 mins away. Car hire available with notice.

Fornalutx has 3 bars, 4 restaurants, 2 banks, a very well stocked supermarket and a Catholic church. All other amenities are available in Soller. The beach and harbour is 10 mins away at Port of Soller with many restaurants and bars. There are all kinds of boat rentals available in the Port. The best trails and hiking in Mallorca.
Booking notes
50% deposit required on booking. This will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 8 weeks of the rental date. Outside this period half will be refunded. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival or by arrangement. A fully refundable 150 Euro deposit will be required against breakages and damage.

My name is Lisa i am 36 years old i have been going to Mallorca every year since i was 10 years old as my parents bought a place in the Port de Soller 5 min drive away from Fornalutx, since meeting my husband i have travelled to different places and although we have always enjoyed any holiday we always say, its not as beautiful as Fornalutx Soller Port de Soller.. and one day we decided to buy and have never looked back, its so nice the people are friendly, where ever you look the views are outstanding and its not crowded. The house is situated a minits walk from the little Plaza where you will find all the lovely shops, bars and restaurants. We have 3 children who have got the most wonderful memories of holidays in mallorca. I am a science teacher and have a property potfolio
