Overlooking the Repic Beach of Port Sóller and the mountains Casa Soller is a large luxury Town House with several terraces to catch the sun throughout the day. Built in traditional Mallorcan stone, the house has been totally refurbished throughout with climate control, several patios, huge living area and private garden with a fountain to relax in after a day on the beach or walk. Fully equipped throughout including loungers, Flat screen TVs, DVD and Broadband Internet connection. All the bedrooms have large ensuite bathrooms with the master bedroom having its own private terrace. All the others have balconies with sea and mountain views. The house retains all its original charm and character.

Every extra person will be charged 50% of the weekly rate (maximum of 2) to cover extra laundry and cleaning.

Accessibility
Not really suitable for wheelchair access but possible.
Outside
Several patios and garden furniture for outside entertaining. All round sun in the morning and afternoon until sunset over the sea. Garden with fountain and native plants. Large barbecue and full size table tennis under cover.
Coast/Beach
Repic beach is on your doorstep just 50 yards away with a fine sandy beach and safe for children to paddle or swim in. Usual facilities for water sports and many beach restaurants.
Special interest holidays
Ideal base for sailing as Port Soller is the only safe harbour on the North West Coast and walking in the famous Trumantura mountains which are on your doorstep.
Travel
35 minutes drive to Palma airport. Excellent boat excursions from Port to Sa Colbra and beyond. No car necessary and no hills to climb (unless you want to). Suitable for a holiday all of the year with mountain walks from your door as well as the beach and boats. The port and the whole of the beach front has been pedestrianized so walking around the shops and restaurants will be a pleasure. Sóller shares its valley with many beautiful villages and is famous for its orange groves and vines.
Distances
The famous vintage wooden trams go back and forth to Soller Town which is ten minutes inland and then to Palma via the famous Victorian railway. Sóller shares its valley with the villages of Fornalutx and the hamlet of Biniaraix, the combined population is around 12,000, and the valley is famous for its orange groves and terraces of ancient olive trees. The village of Deią is just down the coast. Port Sóller is about half an hour's drive from Palma Airport

Please not if more than 8 people are staying we charge 50% extra for each person of the day rate to cover laundry, cleaning etc.
Guest comments
Perfect position to enjoy the views and all facilities available. Air conditioning was excellent although the house is cool.
House was large and well laid out with all facilities including the local tram which took us to Soller town five minutes away. The children loved it.
