Changeover day

Notes on accommodation
This complex is suitable for children and is fully air conditioned All windows have mosquito blinds. All members must abide by the rules of the complex. Use of all the pools are at your own risk the complex does not have a life guard and all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Accessibility
This apartment is not suitable for the disabled or any one with mobility problems as it is situated on the 3rd floor and you have to walk up the stairs although they are only small flights of stairs.
Outside
The large roof terrace is what makes this apartment so special. It has a traditional Spanish stone barbeque, large table seats 8, 6 sun lounger, and attachable shower. Large wicker settee with 2 hairs and some lovely plants. Within the complex there are excellent facilities. Very large outdoor and indoor community pools with the indoor one being heated sun beds and parasols. Beautifully designed gardens. Gym, sauna, and table tennis. Beautiful landscaped gardens. Community barbeque with plenty of shade. 24 hour security.
Coast/Beach
Direct access to the sea from the complex, although this is a rocky headland the sea comes in shallow and is ideal for swimming or snorkeling. There is also a small sandy blue flag beach in the port of Colonia 5 mins drive away.
Golf
There are 5 golf courses all within half an hours drive. Pula, Canyamel, Capdaperra, Alcanada (links course) Pollensa.
Travel
Betlem is 45-60 min drive from Palma airport. A car is essential.
Distances
Colonia St Pere is a 5 minute drive from the Complex. The beautiful Medieval town of Arta is only 10- 15 minute drive, with many restaurants and shops all along a fully tree lined pedestrianised area, this is well worth a visit!
Further details
Colonia St Pere has a small but well stocked super market, bank, doctors and pharmacy. It also has plenty of good restaurants, a sandy blue flag beach with showers perfect for small children, and a small Marina. Larger supermarkets can be found about 20 mins drive away in the busier resort of Can Picafort where Water sports, horse riding go karts and nightclubs can be found. For even more nightlife and shops Alcudia and Calla Rajada are within a 30 min drive from the complex.
