Located in the old fishing quarters of the Port, it is only 5 minutes to the local restaurants, cafes shops and the beach. The stunning views and peaceful location make it a cosy restful and romantic hideaway. Being of a traditional Mallorcan family, if asked, the owners can offer a wealth of guidance on how and where to enjoy the 'real' Mallorca.

The owners can supply fully licensed skippered day or half day sailng on a private 34ft racing catamaran. Details of prices and availability on request. Guided mountain walks also bookable again subject to availability.

2 miles from Soller. Beautiful tram every half hour. Biniaratx and Fornalutx 4 miles away, beautiful landscapes.

40% deposit on booking by bank transfer. Rest to be paid under agreement. Please note that deposit it is not refundable at cancellations by the tenants.
