Notes on prices
Reduced price - book before the end of January 2012 for April to June 2012 - £275 per week. Prices are per apartment, per week in UK Pounds (based on up to 4 people sharing). Fifth person supplement - £50 per week.
Changeover day
During peak season, bookings are Friday to Friday. At other times it is possible to be flexible.
Guests must vacate the apartment by 12noon on the day of departure and cannot take occupation until 4pm on the day of arrival.

The Siesta Mar 1 complex is set in a very quiet area amid attractive gardens. There is a large shared pool, with a separate smaller pool for children. There is a small play area for younger children. Across the road is Siesta Mar 2 complex, with more pools, water slides, a bar and restaurant, children's and evening entertainment. There is also a launderette in this complex. The apartments are within a few minutes walk of Cala'n Porter centre with its bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cashpoint and of course, the beach.
During the season there is an outdoor evening market.
In September there is the Cala'n Porter fiesta (usually the middle weekend) during which there are numerous beach activities, dancing horses, fireworks and social events.
Coast/Beach
Whilst there are reportedly 100 beaches on Menorca, Cala'n Porter's must be one of the prettiest. It is set in a cove with very soft sand and beautiful blue water. Access to the beach is quite steep, but only takes about 10 minutes from the apartments - either down the winding road or the steps.
Golf
There is an 18 hole golf course at Son Parc, about 30 minutes drive away.
Travel
Mahon airport is about 10-15 minutes away by car or taxi. It is not essential to hire a car, but there are many beautiful places on the island that you might want to visit. The owners can provide car hire information if required.
Further details
Mahon, the capital, is about 20 minutes away, with its wonderful port. There are shops, bars, restaurants and an outdoor market twice a week.
There is an 18 hole golf course at Son Parc, about 30 minutes drive away.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required on booking. Final balance due 8 weeks before departure. Prices are quoted for the property per week in UK pounds. A foldaway bed is available in each apartment for a 5th person, at a supplement of £50 per week. Cots and highchairs are available to hire - to be paid for locally. Clients booking 2 or more apartments for the same period may be eligible for a discount on the prices quoted.
