If you like hill-walking and climbing, you will find plenty of opportunities at the surrounding Sierra de Tramuntana Mountains. The sea and water sport lovers can find at Port of Soller, with its sandy beach just 4km away, rent boats to explore the many bays and caves of the area or take a boat trip further afield to other beauty spots on the coast.

1 double bed that also doubles as a sofa. 1 bathroom with shower. Cooker, hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and barbecue. The house has 2 entrances: the main one opens onto the charming living/dining/sleeping area. A double bed doubles a a sofa. The dining area near the window has a big table with 2 traditional Majorcan benches and connects with the kitchen through an opening. The other entrance, situated under the covered porch, gives onto the kitchen. The porch, furnished with a sofa, table and chairs from which you can enjoy the stunning views across the valley. Towels and linen are included.

Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, coffee. machine, toaster and barbecue, 2 Italian coffee machine, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, washing machine.

Notes on accommodation
'La Casita' is not suitable for children. Has fans and gas stove. At 'Can Olivera', children are welcome. Each room has its own gas stove, and 2 on the sitting/dining area as well as a wooden stove. 2 dehumidifiers.
Accessibility
The cottages are not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The cottages are surrounded by a garden and have each one private place to park. Barbecue, outdoor furniture: sofa, table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The beach takes 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes walking. There's a beautiful old style tramway that goes from Sóller to The Port of Sóller every 30 minutes. The sandy beach is suitable for children.
Golf
If you are a golf lover don't doubt Mallorca is a very interesting place to visit, with its 18 golf camps.
Travel
Sóller and its Port are about half an hour drive from Palma Airport, some 30 km. There's a taxi rank at the airport to meet flights at all times of day and night. Fare should be from 39 to 45 euros, depending on the arrival hour (night has a supplement). Sóller and Port of Sóller have very good connections to Palma with railway and bus services. Car not essential but recommended to visit the island.

Situated on the west cost, 25 km of Palma town, 10 km from Deiŕ, 3 km from Fornalutx and 3 km from Port of Sóller.
Further details
The Sóller main square is surrounded of cafés, restaurants, and banks. The commercial centre is on the adjacent streets and the market is very near too.
Booking notes
40% of the total amount is needed as deposit. The rest will be paid when keys are received.
