Accessibility
The apartment is accessed via a private lobby and affords additional security by means of a secure video phone entry system. Access to apartment via lift or stairs.
Outside
The private residents swimming pool and sun terrace situated at the rear of the apartment offers both privacy and convenience. Large private roof terrace which overlooks the pool area, complete with dining table, chairs and sunloungers.
Coast/Beach
The golden sands of Puerto Pollenca beach are 200m away from the apartment.
Golf
The superb Pollenca golf club is sitiuated 7km away and a further 2km is the fantastic Alcanada coarse.
Travel
Travel time from Palma airport is approx 45 mins. A car is not necessary as the apartment is in the centre of Puerto Pollensa and all facilities and restaurants are within easy walking distance. If you have a car there is private underground parking.
Distances
The beautiful old town of Pollenca is a 10 min journey away as is the charming resort and beaches of Cala St Vincent. The delightful old town of Alcudia with its many delightful shops and restaurants is also a 10 min journey away.

Puerto Pollenca really does offer you a fantastic choice of places to eat from simple pizzerias to traditional Mallorcian/Spanish restaurants offering local specialities including fish dishes and paella.
