Would you like to have breakfast or dinner enjoying the view of the little boats moving slowly up & down the port? This is possible from our lounge ! You can also open one of the 3 windows (all with sea views) to enjoy the marvelous marine breeze. In this nice and quiet apartment you will have all you need to enjoy a great holidays. Located in the privileged part of the island where you can enjoy beach and mountain. The area is ideal for rambling, hiking, climbing and cycling all year round ! Of course in summer time you will have infinity options, swimming, boat trips, windsurfing. Transport facilities, including the romantic tram, unique on the island. Close to Sóller village, 5 min drive, where you find an exciting but relaxed Mediterranean way of life, fresh fish & meet, vegetables, even ice cream made in Sóller, shopping street, coffee shops, restaurants, daily market with local products, all you need. There is a guide in the apartment made by the owner with best recommendations.

Changeover day
We are flexible. Arrival after 2.00pm, departure not later than 10.00am, unless arranged different.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe. Cot available on request.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath & shower, washbasin, bidet, wc.
Kitchen: Open plan kitchen equipped with cooker, oven, fridge & freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker, extractor fan, washing machine. Well stocked with new cutlery, new pots & pans & new plates. Bar with stools.
Utility Room: Vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board.
Living Rooms: Tv, DVD, CD player, electric fans, heaters in winter. New and very comfortable sofa bed that can be used as a double bed. Dining table (extensible), 4 seats, 2 armchairs, buffet, books and candles.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels. The apartment is cleaned on arrival and departure. Extra maid service available on request at an additional cost.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is very suitable for children and there is a highchair and cot available on request.

Coast/Beach
There are two beaches within easy access from apartment. Both provide safe swimming and first is around 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Second is Repic beach, a nice and large sandy beach where you can relax. This beach is next to a pedestrianised promenade with bars, restaurants and shops.
Both have sun loungers, umbrellas etc for hire. There is a sailing school that offers sailing courses, renting of canoes, surf boards...There is also a scuba diving school. Boat trips to other beaches

Golf
Around 30 minutes to closer golf course, Son Termens (18 hole).

Special interest holidays
Palma airport is about 30km away, 40 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended to move around the island, but not essential. We can recommend a cheap Co. You can pick up the car at the airport and leave it there on departure. Another option if you don’t hire a car is take a taxi to the property, we can organise a local taxi driver that will pick you up and take you to the apartment.

Distances
Sóller village approx 10 minutes drive.
Palma city center is approx 30 minutes drive.
Fornalutx and Biniaraix villages, approx 15 minutes drive.

Further details
In Port de Sóller you will have access to shops, banks, hairdresser, chemist, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs.

Booking notes
A deposit is required on confirmation of booking. Balance on arrival at property, in cash in Euros. On your arrival you will be met by the owner and taken to the property. All payments are non returnable in the event of cancellation by the tenant.
