Changeover day
Please check availability chart to fit around existing bookings. Changeover day can be flexible by arrangement. We ask guests to arrive after 2pm and depart before 10am.

Comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with lovely views through patio door onto private balcony complete with BBQ. TV, radio and CD player, DVD.
Towels and linen are included. Please bring beach towels. Apartment will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival and linen and towels changed weekly.

Notes on accommodation
Penthouse has air conditioning fitted in lounge/dining areas and a small charge will be made if you wish to use this.
Car hire is recommended which can be arranged for you. Apartments have own parking spaces.

Coast/Beach
The safe, sandy beach of Son Saura (Son Parc) is only a few minutes away. Menorca has many beautiful, unspoilt beaches and Son Parc is ideally situated to reach any point on the island within one hour.
Golf
The apartment is situated overlooking the golf course with the clubhouse/restaurant/bar only 50 yards away. There is also the pro golf shop which has clubs, buggies for hire and also sells accessories. The club is open to non-members.
Travel
Mahon airport is only 20 minutes drive away. We can arrange car hire on your behalf and this will make your holiday much more enjoyable.
Distances
Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. The picturesque fishing village of Fornells is 10 minutes away and the local town of Mercadal 15 minutes away by car. There are many places of historical interest within easy reach.
Further details
The island of Menorca was declared a Biosphere Reserve in 1993 and is a haven for wildlife and birds. There are many delightful walks and a wealth of water sports. Cycling is also very popular on the island.
Don't miss Menorca's underwater caverns and grottoes, coral gardens, etc. which make this the best place for diving in the Mediterranean.
