Notes on accommodation
The properties are very child friendly since all outside areas are gated except for the pool itself because it would take the breathtaking views away. The entrance to the underground parking operates with a remote control. Supermarket and other amenities including a variety of restaurants all within walking distance.
Outside
There is plenty of outside furniture on both terraces (front and back) including sunbeds. Each house has its own pool (7m x 4m) and its own path leading to a swimming area in the sea below which also leads to the beach.
Coast/Beach
There are two beaches within walking distance. Cala Blanes and Cala'n Forcat. Another 5 beaches within 10/15 minutes driving distance. Further away Son Saura, Cala Macarella, Cala Galdana and Turquetta are highly recommended and for sailing enthusiasts, Fornells on the north side of the Island is a firm favurite. Furthermore there are a range of outdoor sports to choose from - bicycle hire, horse riding, diving etc are all within 5 minutes driving distance.
Golf
Golf at Son Parc some 40 minutes away.
Travel
Car hire is recommended at the airport. Driving distance to airport approx. 40 minutes. Ciutadella ferry port (from Barcelona) is only 5 minutes away.
Distances
Nearby Ciutadella the former capital is steeped in history and has many cultural events on offer. From the main town you can wander through cobbled streets past the many historical houses and small castles, down to the the beautiful harbour with a large selection of restaurants and tapas bars.

A percentage deposit of the rental must be paid. No contract will exist until we reive this amount and confirm your booking. The balance must be paid in cash in euros upon arrival which will be indicated on the booking form, the exchange rate is the rate valid at the day of booking not the day of arrival.
