Get away from the crowds in this quiet country village, but only 7 minutes drive to Mahon and 10 minutes drive to superb beaches and a host of restaurants etc. Within easy walking distance of an excellent village supermarket (Fresh bread, meat and veg. English spoken). Your own designated parking space.

Notes on prices
Prices are for up to 4 people sharing the property per week in UK Pounds. Dates that fall across two price brackets will be calculated according to how many days are in each month. £100 deposit per week needed to secure booking. Balance can be paid in instalments. Gas heating provided free for ‘out of season’ lets. Last minute bookings possible, please telephone. Please ask for long term bookings.

Changeover day
Please check the availability chart and fit your dates around existing bookings. We will be as flexible as possible in an attempt to keep flight prices down.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobe and drawer units. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and drawer unit. Lovely country views. Cot available if required.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, bidet and wash basin.
Kitchen: Electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dual bowl sink, toaster, kettle, fire blanket and extinguisher (just in case). A 'Welcome food pack' can be pre-booked. Good views over countryside.
Utility Room: Washing machine.
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room. 3 seater sofa, coffee table and lounge chair. Satellite TV (English channels) and video. Dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony, equipped with a further table and 4 chairs is through the large patio window as photo.
Other: Private and sheltered sun/roof terrace with sunloungers and parasol. Excellent 360 degree views of the countryside.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included. Cleaning and change of linen and towels weekly. One beach towel per person included.

Notes on accommodation
This quality apartment has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The apartment is blessed with good country views from all rooms and especially the private and sheltered roof terrace, where you can sunbathe all day to ensure an all over tan! The balcony is equipped with table and chairs for those lazy breakfasts and evening meals as the sun sets. Car hire is considered essential, and can be arranged on your behalf (discount available) if you wish. A designated parking space is available. No smoking inside the apartment please. No pets.

Accessibility
The property is situated on the first floor of this small apartment block (only 12 units). There is no lift. We regret, therefore, that it is unsuitable for those who will find a dozen steps a challenge.

Outside
Well maintained communal gardens, sun terraces and swimming pool area. The large pool has a shallower children’s area to ensure that all the family have a splashing time.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are Binibeca and Punta Prima which is about 10 mins by car. Close by and also worth a visit, are Binibeca and Cala Mesquida beaches, considered by many to be the best on the island. Swimming ‘off the rocks’ is also possible from a number of nearby sheltered and idyllic coves. S'Algar and Binibeca Dive schools are both within easy reach.

Golf
The only golf course on the island is at Son Parc, which is now 18 holes and just 20 minutes drive away. For further information please contact owner for details.

Travel
Fly to Mahon airport, which is about 20 mins drive away. Car hire is recommended and can be arranged on your behalf. Airport transfers can be arranged if car hire is to be arranged later.

Distances
Anywhere on the island can be reached within the hour. San Lluis, Mahon (with the busy and attractive harbour), and Es Castell with it's picturesque ‘Calas Fonts’ harbour can all be reached easily from here within 5 minutes drive. They all offer a good range of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Further details
The one thing that this apartment offers that others do not, is peace and tranquillity. Situated where it is, you leave the crowd behind you when you leave the beach and can really enjoy a calm and relaxing holiday. Why not investigate the many coastal and countryside walks starting right on your doorstep.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable to secure each week. The balance must be completed one month in advance of the holiday commencing. Payment by instalments is possible.
