The apartment is extremely spacious and well furnished with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms fully fitted kitchen, large dining room leading onto private double balcony and separate living room also with patio doors to balcony. Within the beautiful private grounds can be found the communal pool and BBQ area. Cala Anguila cove can be accessed directly from the grounds, enjoy its crystal clear waters, sandy beach and dramatic back-drop then, relax at the exclusive beach café with your favourite tipple. Cala Anguila has a choice of two beautiful sandy coves each with its own café/bar. There are several more restaurants/cafes and supermarkets within walking distance from the apartment but the area retains a peaceful, relaxing ambience. The cosmopolitan town of Porto Cristo is only 2 miles away with its stunning harbour, tree lined pavements, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Porto Cristo is a must to visit. It is also home to the famous ‘Caves of Drach’.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. All utilities included. Discounts negotiable for certain times and late availability.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday but this may be flexible. On receipt of full payment details of key collection will be advised.
The apartment must be vacated by 10am on day of departure for cleaning purposes and accessed after 3 pm

Accommodation
Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, 1 with king size bed the other with twin beds both have double fitted wardrobes. All windows with shutters and netting. Front bedroom has patio door onto small terrace.
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms - 1 with bath/shower over and WC the other with walk in shower and WC.
Kitchen: Full size appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob and filter coffee machine.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron, ironing board.
Living Rooms: Lounge with 2 sofa beds, TV, DVD player, stereo.
Dining room with dining table and chairs for 6.
Other: Ground floor double terrace accessed by 2 sets double patio doors with table and seating for 6. Private parking next to apartment.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Immaculately cleaned prior to visit. Towels and linen are provided (except beach towels). There is a final cleaning cost.

Suitable for children -ground floor, quiet location in small private complex. Cot available on request.

Cala Anguila cove can be accessed directly from the grounds, enjoy its crystal clear waters, sandy beach and dramatic back-drop then, relax at the exclusive beach café with your favourite tipple. Sunbeds and shades available to hire. Cala Mandia beach is a short walk from here with another excellent beach cafe.

Top quality golf courses are nearby.

Travel
Palma airport is 50 mins drive on very good roads. A taxi costs approx 58 Euros each way. Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within easy walking distance. Regular local buses are available to Porto Cristo and from there to surrounding towns including Manacor and Palma.

Distances
The town of Porto Cristo and its stunning harbour is 2 miles away there you will find the famous Coves del Drac. Manacor, the islands second largest town is 20 mins drive known for its manufacture of Marjorcia pearls and furniture, good selection of restaurants, shops and bars. The cosmopolitan city of Palma is a must to visit with its wonderful cathedral, shops, restaurants and bars. There are an abundance of beautiful villages to visit and many walks.

Further details
Large hotel in village offering evening entertainment. supermarkets, chemist and gift shops. Good selection of restaurants all within walking distance.

Booking notes
There is a 20% non-refundable deposit payable upon booking and full payment is required 8 weeks before departure. For last minute bookings the full amount is payable immediately.
There is a refundable damage bond required of £200 which will be returned within 2 weeks on receipt of keys and inventory check.

'Just a short note to say that even though we had some rain we really enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the area. The apartment was great, ideal for us as it was ground floor and very close to everything. We have talked about returning later in the year. The restaurant on the beach was a fab recommendation and so too was Mollys Bar.'
