Reverse cycle air conditioning operates in the main living/dining area. Additional heaters/fans are available if necessary for the bedrooms.
The apartment has secure entry and a lift.
Outside
Sports facilities/tennis courts/public swimming pool are all within a few minutes walk. All amenities are so close by that a car is not essential, however, if you have one there is a free off-road car park within 100m.
Coast/Beach
The superb and safe beach is less than 5 minutes walk (400m) from the apartment. The beach offers excellent swimming, many watersports and a picturesque marina and harbour.
Golf
Pollensa and Alcanada golf courses are both within 15 minutes drive of the apartment.
Travel
Puerto Pollensa is approximately 60kms. (50 minutes drive) from Palma airport. Car hire is available at the airport or at the resort for those wishing to explore the island.
Alternatively, pick-up at the airport can be arranged. Please ask for details.
Distances
The old town of Pollensa is 4kms from the resort and is well worth exploring, especially on Sunday, which is market day.
Formentor. Cala san Vicente and Alcudia are all close by and easily accessed by car or by local bus.
