This modern and attractive apartment building, comprising just 16 apartments, is located in the quiet, residential, wooded area of El Pinaret, about a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 15 minute walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa. The town, backed by the rugged Tramuntana Mountain Range has a large marina, beautiful beaches, the fantastic 'Pine Walk' and a huge range of shops, bars and restaurants. The historic old towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are within a 10 minute drive. The pretty resort of Cala San Vicente, the spectacular Cap de Formentor and beautiful Formentor beach are all nearby. This second (top floor) apartment has a lovely west-facing balcony. It is generously proportioned, tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. The apartment was recently acquired by the present owners and re-furbished and is available all year round. This is a genuine holiday home, not just a holiday let.

Changeover day
The apartment is let for a min. Of 7 days with flexible changeover days. It is available from 4pm on the day of arrival to 11am on the day of departure.

Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Beach towels are not provided. The apartment is cleaned between guests. We have a local caretaker to deal with any problems and who is on call 24 hours a day to deal with emergencies. |

The apartment has 3 large electric oil-filled radiators to take away any chill and is suitable for year-round use. Electricity charges are included in the prices.
Accessibility
Please note access to this second floor apartment is by stairs only.
Outside
Outside, the west-facing balcony has a table and four chairs and overlooks lovely gardens (privately owned by the ground floor apartment owners - no access).
Coast/Beach
The south sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is, literally, at the end of the street, about a 5 minute walk. This is a large beach with full facilities - loungers, umbrellas, bar & restaurant, water-sports etc - and is ideal for swimming. Within a few miles, and accessible by public transport, are fantastic beaches at Puerto Alcudia, Formentor and Cala San Vicente.
Golf
Pollensa Golf Club is about 5 miles away.
Travel
Palma airport is about an hour's drive. Taxis cost around 70 Euros each way. Alternatively, Pollensa Transfers or Resorthoppa offer shared airport transfers from 18 Euros per person each way. The apartment is within easy (flat) walking distance of the beaches, town centre, shops and public transport. Car hire is not considered essential, but, should you have a car, there is plenty of on-street parking.

There is a small supermarket within 100 metres (open April-Oct) and larger supermarkets in the town.

In the apartment, there is a large collection of tourist information, books, DVDs, CDs, videos, jigsaws and games.
Booking notes
To make a booking, please e-mail or telephone. Provisional bookings can be held for 48 hours whilst flights are finalised. A formal booking form will be posted to you and a deposit of £100 per week required to confirm the booking. The balance will become due 6 weeks in advance of your stay.
