Changeover day
We do not have designated changeover days and are quite flexible to guests needs, however we do require guests to vacate the apartment by 10am and for new guests not to arrive until after 4pm - unless by prior arrangement.

The apartment will be fully prepared for your arrival. All linen, hand, bath and pool towels are included. For holidays of two weeks or more, linen and towels changed weekly. Additional maid service can be organised if required. |
Notes on accommodation
Strictly non smoking, however smoking outside is acceptable. Very suitable for children and cots/high chairs etc can be arranged. Electric gates with underground parking and video entry to visitors. Ideally suited for golfers as parking is secure. The orientation of the apartment means there is sunshine all day to the outside gardens.

Accessibility
Ground floor with level, easy access to the pools and on site amenities. We would recommend that small children be supervised when using the pool.
Outside
Private garden to front and rear of apartment with shaded terrace, sunny patio and lawn areas. Ample luxury seating and sunbeds. One very large pool within 20ms with a smaller pool to the rear.
Coast/Beach
Port Adriano - 5 mins walk. Santa Ponsa "Little Beach" is only 2 mins by car, whilst the main Santa Ponsa beach is 4/5 mins. Magaluf 7 minutes, Aqua Park, Western World 5 mins. Puerto Portals 10 mins and Camp de Mar 15 mins. All beaches sandy with restaurants nearby.
Golf
Mallorca is ideal for golfers with courses and facilities offering all year round sport. Over 17 golf courses on the island varying from level to hilly. Santa Ponsa, Poniente and Royal Bendinat are within 10 minutes by car. To the South West is Golf D'Andratx, to the East - Son Vida, Son Entem, Son Termens. It is possible to play a different style of course every day!
Travel
Palma airport 20 mins. Private transfers can be arranged with car hire delivered to the apartment.
Distances
Palma City 20 mins. Puerto Portals 10 mins. Port Andratx 15-20 mins. Valldemosa and mountains 20 mins.

Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking with the balance and a £250 security deposit becoming payable 6 weeks before your arrival. If you are arriving late at night, we can arrange for some provisions to be bought and left in the apartment (paid locally).
