Located in a quiet cul de sac, this lovely villa was renovated in 2002 and provides high quality accommodation and outstanding views to the sea over the south coast at Binibeca which is a popular family destination. All the bedrooms and the living room have either wall or ceiling fans and there is a cool breeze from the sea most days. The villa is approximately 7 minutes downhill to the safe and sandy beach which has a well known beach bar serving meals and snacks throughout the day. It is possible to hire parasols and sun loungers here and the swimming and snorkeling from here is excellent.

The pool has fencing that can be erected for small children but we take no responsibility for their safety in the event that this does not stop them reaching the water. Care must be taken by the parents at all times.

Outside
There is a private pool and various gated patios on different levels around the villa offering sunshine and shade depending on time of day.
Coast/Beach
The villa is approximately seven minutes downhill to the safe and sandy beach which has a well known beach bar serving meals and snacks throughout the day. It is possible to hire parasols and sun loungers here and the swimming and snorkling from here is excellent.
Binibeca stretches from Binibeca Vell at one end which is a traditional fishing village design of whitewashed buildings and narrow streets, with many shops and restaurants and Cala Torret at the other side of the beach.
Travel
Mahon airport is within an easy 15/20 minute drive of the villa.
Distances
The capital city of Mahon is within 15 minutes' drive of the villa, where the spectacular harbour is well worth a visit, lined with restaurants and cafes.
The pretty town of San Luis is about 10 minutes' drive from the villa and here you will find a variety of shops, banks, chemists and restaurants.
