A smart ground floor apartment in the delightful and sophisticated fishing village of Port Andratx (approx.30 minutes from Palma). Situated opposite the Yacht Club and Marina with just a short, pleasant walk along the promenade to the heart of the Port which has many charming waterside bars and restaurants. The apartment is air conditioned and has two, twin bedded bedrooms and one double bedroom with plenty of storage space. It has a separate utility area and well equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge/dining area with a free view television/DVD. It has a huge covered veranda with dining for 6 overlooking the pool area which has a separate shower room, sun loungers and umbrellas. The apartment is strictly No Smoking!

Changeover day
No changeovers on Sundays. Access to apartment is 2pm on arrival day and vacating 10am on departure day when there is a changeover - otherwise there can be flexibility on request.

Bathrooms: Large bathroom with corner bath/shower over, mirrored sink unit, wc & bidet

Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of china, cutlery and other utensils etc.
Utility Room: The utility area has a washing machine, dryer, a sink, iron and ironing board (there is a freestanding clothes dryer for use outside).
Living Rooms: Large lounge with dining area comfortably seating 8 people, 3 seater sofa/4 armchairs, Free view TV/DVD, air conditioning/heating, patio doors to veranda overlooking pool.
Other: The apartment has it's own front door with front terrace and also has side access to the veranda, pool, sun loungers and umbrellas etc.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The property is cleaned before arrival. Linen and towels (except beach/pool towels) are provided and are changed once a week.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully heated and air conditioned throughout and has many fitted wardrobes/storage space. High chair and cot provided by request. No Smoking policy.

Accessibility
There is one step at the front gate leading to the front door and 3/4 steps leading down to the pool area but otherwise good access.

Outside
The shaped pool is of medium size, good for swimming and depth for diving, it is shared by 4 apartments. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, a pergola with table and chairs, a outside shower and wc complex and poolside shower. There is Ample street parking.

Coast/Beach
There is a small, quiet, clear sandy cove within a short walk from the apartment (approx. 100m).

Golf
There are many world class golf courses within easy access.

Travel
Palma Airport 30/40 mins. Palma Nova 20 mins, Santa Ponsa 20 mins. The North 1.20 hours. If you want to explore the island then a car is essential but as far as the Port and all the shops and restaurants are concerned, it is only pleasant stroll along the promenade of approx. 5 mins.

Distances
The pretty town of Andratx is only a 5 mins drive away and where they hold a weekly market on a Wednesday, which is lovely to visit.

Further details
There is a really good, well stocked supermarket, banks, boutiques, shops, many quality restaurants, tourist information office, travel agents, bakeries and newsagents etc.
