An incredible place for your holiday this beautiful Villa in Jesus, on the outskirts of Ibiza Town is picture perfect. With fantastic views onto Ibiza Old Town & Cathedral. The interior of the Villa is set on 2 levels. The 5 bedrooms are all big and spacious, 2 with double beds and 3 with twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs, 2 living rooms and a dining area with a large glass dining table which leads you into the kitchen. There is a large terrace with a wonderful view of Ibiza located upstairs. The very nice thing of the house is on the outside where you’ll find an absolutely magnificent, totally private, pool and sundeck area, outside chill out area, outside dining area and barbeque, all surrounded by beautiful green plants and palm trees. This Villa really is the perfect location and setting for all types of holiday makers, set in the quiet countryside, but just minutes away from the main town, where you’ll find the best shops, bars, restaurants etc.

Currently offering:To book the villa we ask for 30% to confirm the booking and the remaining 20% will be asked in the New Year. This is opposed to the 50% we would normally ask.

Changeover day
Changeover day it will be mainly Saturday although this can sometimes be flexible especially in low season.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom one is downstairs and it has twin beds and is close to another bedroom which is also a twin bedroom. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms which are slightly bigger in size. One of these has twin beds and the other two have double beds. |
| Bathrooms: | One bathroom is located downstairs with bath/shower, wc and bidet and the other one is the same and is situated upstairs. There is a bathroom changing area outside next to the swimming pool. This has a toilet and shower. |
| Kitchen: | The downstairs kitchen leads from the outside patio to the living room. It is well equipped with hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, and toaster. |
| Utility Room: | There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | There are two living rooms both downstairs and quite normal in size which are connected also with a dining room. |
| Other: | Dining room which is downstairs with glass table and chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All the bedlinen and towels are provided. Pool cleaning will be done once a week. |

Booking notes
You need to send 50% of the entire rental price to book the villa, the remaining 50% is to be paid 6/8 weeks prior to your arrival. Should you book the villa within a a two month period of your arrival we may ask for the full amount at the time of booking.
Security deposit of 500 Euros (or your chosen currency) is also required in case of damages and/or breakages refundable when property will be inspected. This will be returned on your departure. We cannot accept credit card for the deposit.
