It is situated in a quiet residential area and within 10 minutes walk to the beach. The property has been furnished and decorated to a high standard to ensure your comfort. The living room has satellite TV and there is also a large open fireplace in the room with double doors opening onto the terrace. The kitchen comes fully furnished with all modern appliances, including washing machine and fridge/freezer. You will have a large master bedroom with a double bed and three good sized additional bedrooms, all with twin single beds. Outside there is a large terrace leading to the private pool and to the rear a landscaped garden with block built BBQ. Patio furniture also included.

Mahon airport is 25 mins drive. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
The largest town near to Cala Galdana is Ferrerias, which is a 10 min drive. The old capital of Ciutadella is 20 mins drive away.

A non-refundable deposit of €250 per week is required to secure your booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
