A lovely house situated at the bottom of Sierra de Tramuntana, in the outskirts of the small town of Binissalem. Original rural house adapted to enjoy relaxing days away from noise and massive tourism. Very recommended for those who are looking for the authentic experience of life in the lands of Mallorca, where high quality of wines are produced, recognised worldwide. A swimming pool of 8 x 4 sq. meters with roman steps is situated next to the well equipped barbecue. There is another small swimming pool ideal for children, which has been created from a typical "safereig", originally used to provide water to the fruit trees.

30 km to the beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa.
Travel
25 km to the airport of Palma de Mallorca (Son Sant Joan).
Use of car recommended. Public transport for the short journey from the Son Sant Joan airport isn't really a practical option, and most visitors would certainly either be collecting a hire car from the airport, or making the transfer by one of the numerous taxis waiting outside the arrivals hall.

We are sending you this mail, only to say so much thank you for a nice stay at Villa Ca'n Ricardo in week 30+31.
We must say that we where so much surprised to see how nice and fine everything was in the house and the area around the house. Nice pools, nice outdoors facilities, nice house, nice whether and nice … everything was nice.
Please also say very much thank you to Maria and Ricardo for their kind hospitality and the nice dinner (3 times! :o)) they made for us during our stay.
When we ordered the house, for long time ago, we think it was a nice house and the communication to you was very good. Much better than expected. But when we saw the house when we arrived, it was much better than the photos and our expectations. So, keep up your good work :o) and you will get a lot of happy customers in the future.
