Ideal for relaxing away from noise and massive tourism. Very recommended for those who are looking for tranquility in a peaceful location and experience the other face of the tourism in the country lands of Mallorca, where high quality of wines are produced, worldwide recognised. A swimming pool of 8x4sqm with Roman steps is situated next to the well equipped barbecue. Photo gallery will be provided on request.

Travel
25 km to the airport of Palma de Mallorca (Son Sant Joan).
Use of car recommended. A "Google Map" with directions from the airport to the property will be provided by email.

10 minutes walking to the train station. Train to Palma de M1 km to the nearest supermarket, local shops and banks.
12 km to the biggest shopping center in Mallorca (Festival Park).
22 km to the center of Palma de Mallorca (Shopping).
23 km to the Marina of Palma de Mallorca (Maritim Port). Very recommend for restaurants and night life.allorca every 15 minutes.

We are sending you this mail, only to say so much thank you for a nice stay at Villa Ca'n Ricardo in week 30+31.
We must say that we where so much surprised to see how nice and fine everything was in the house and the area around the house. Nice pools, nice outdoors facilities, nice house, nice whether and nice
everything was nice.
Please also say very much thank you to Maria and Ricardo for their kind hospitality and the nice dinner (3 times! :o)) they made for us during our stay.
When we ordered the house, for long time ago, we think it was a nice house and the communication to you was very good. Much better than expected. But when we saw the house when we arrived, it was much better than the photos and our expectations. So, keep up your good work :o) and you will get a lot of happy customers in the future.
