There is a private terrace and garden as well as lovely landscaped communal gardens and a three tier swimming pool. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has heating for the winter months.

A deposit of 25% is payable upon booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure. A returnable security deposit of £75 is also payable with the balance. Minimum rental: 1 week(s).

Our changeover day is Saturday (we can be flexible on this)
Arrival time: 3.00pm.
Departure time: 10.00am.

Notes on accommodation
The property is located on the ground floor with a private garden and is ideal for families with young children. It is fully air-conditioned and this unit also provides heating in the colder months. There is a travel cot and highchair in the apartment.
Outside
The property is set within well tended communal gardens and boasts a 3 tier swimming pool with two paddling pools for the younger children. Sun loungers are provided around the pool area in addition to private loungers in the apartments own garden.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is located approx 150 metres from the beach.
Golf
There are variety of golf courses on the island. However the apartment is located close to, probably one of the best on the Island. Alcanada is approx 15 minutes drive across the bay. The local course in Pollensa is also worth a visit.
Travel
The new motorway from Palma which opened in Summer 2006 has now reduced the journey time from the airport to approx 40 minutes.
Distances
The apartment is approx 15 minutes walk from the centre of town just off the Pine Walk in a much sought after area to town.
