A ground floor privately owned apartment with private pool situated 2 minutes from the sea in an idyllic village setting. The village of Colonia san Pere is at the eastern end of the Bay of Alcudia and is a part of Mallorca that has remained almost unspoilt. This fishing village features a small yachting harbour, beach with lifeguard, shops and supermarket, church, bank, bars and restaurants. The area is known for its outstanding beauty and wildlife and has several conservation parks.

Notes on accommodation
Reverse cycle air conditioning - hot and cold. Suitable for young children with supervision around the pool area. Travel cot and highchair provided. Sky TV.

Accessibility
The apartment is accessed via 2 steps from street level but has no interior steps. Access to the pool area is through French doors and pool access is via Roman steps.

Outside
The rear garden is for exclusive use of the apartment with the only access through the apartment itself. Pool size is approx 5m x 3m with a small surrounding sun terrace. The pool has a separate swim against pump. The garden also has a barbecue and dining area for 6/8 people.

Coast/Beach
Colonia de San Pere is a small fishing village with a beautiful harbour in a quiet location, there is a small beach within a couple minutes walking distance from the apartment. The beach is a well protected with lifeguard cover during the summer months - and is suitable for young people.

Golf
Within a 20 minute drive there are 5 superb golf courses.

Travel
Palma airport is 45-60 mins drive - car hire is available at airport and recommended. Taxi fares vary from 60-90 euros each way. Local transfers can be arranged.

Distances
It is a 10 minute drive to Son Serra de Marina and 15 minutes to reach the amenities at the well known resort of Can Picafort. It is 10 minutes drive from the beautiful, historic old town of Arta with its eclectic mix of bars, restaurants and shops. Alcudia is a 25 minute drive.

Further details
Colonia de San Pere is a very picturesque quaint village with a number of restaurants catering for all types of cuisine, you can sit on the terrace at Club Nautica and take in the spectacular views of the harbour and the tranquility of it all. There is also a good selection of small shops and bars.

There is much to see and do in the area - a short coastal walk (suitable for children) to the beaches of Son Serra - known for windsurfing and kites. When the weather is not too hot it is possible to enjoy a number of walks both coastal and hill.

In the towns of Can Picafort and Alcudia there are many activities to enjoy including quad biking, horse riding, boat journeys and all are within a short distance from Colonia. It is easy to hire bikes as cycling is a well known activity in the area. Further afield the cosmopolitan town of Cala Rajada and Arta provides good restaurants and nightlife.
