Accessibility
Undercover car parking to the rear of the apartment. Two steps leading to front door. 2 flights of steps to the front. Sloped access to the rear.
Outside
Nice sized shared pool. Built-in BBQ on the balcony, with ample room to dine al fresco. Sun loungers and chairs provided and awning over the balcony. West Facing balcony
Coast/Beach
The beach is 15/20 minute walk. 5 minutes in a car. The water is shallow for a fair distance and is excellent for young children. Pedaloes, sun loungers and parasols are available for hire
Golf
There is now an 18 hole golf course. New holes have recently been added. The clubhouse is 3/4 minutes walk from the apartment.
Travel
The airport is 25 minutes away by car. A car is recommended to explore this wonderful island to the full. There are good bus services to Mahon and Fornells during the season. Out of season a car is essential
Distances
Fornells is a 10 minutes drive away, recommended for its lovely restaurants. Alaior is 20 minutes by car and Mercadal about 15 minutes. Both have good supermarkets and restaurants.
Further details
The local supermarket in Son Parc is well stocked, it is 5 miutes walk away. There are numerous restaurants in Son Parc. Also Fornells is a recognised sailing area, all types of watersports are catered for.
Booking notes
A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment required 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.
