The cottage is part of a larger estate and stands separate from the main house, surrounded by trees and stone terraces. Newly renovated, this stone built cottage in rustic style, yet with all the comforts of a modern house. 5km to the charming old town of Soller, with its town piazza, cafes, Saturday outdoor market and shops. Best rock-climbing sites are nearby, also mountain walks and treks through Traumontana mountains nearby. The rock-climbing sites are favorite with winter and springtime guests. Winter is good time for walking along the many mountain walking trails.

Palma airport is half an hour drive from the port.
Car hire is not essential if you like the 15 minute walk to and from the port. There are streetcars at the port that ply between the town of Soller and the port.
