Changeover day
Rentals normally run from Saturday to Saturday with access to the house from 14:00 on the day of arrival and exit by 10:30 on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
The property is suitable for year-round rental as it has full central heating and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Wireless internet access. Please note that for the comfort of all our guests we have a strict policy of no smoking and no pets.

Beautiful garden with 3 huge date palms, olive, palm, citrus and jacaranda creating shady spots for quiet relaxation. Long swimming pool 13 x 3m for sole use of guests with uninterrupted backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains. Sun loungers, hammock, garden sofas and armchairs for 8 people. Further sofa and chairs on the arched veranda. Palm-shaded dining terrace with round table 8 chairs and large parasols for extra shade. Barbecue.
Coast/Beach
10 minute drive to the lively Port de Soller with its many beaches restaurants and busy marina. For an unforgettable beach experience, drive (20 mins), walk or cycle to Cala Deia, a stunning pebbly cove offering crystal waters, fabulous snorkelling and a great cliff top fish 'shack' restaurant.
Golf
Son Termens Golf course is a 15 minute drive towards S'Esglaieta through the Soller tunnel.
Travel
Palma International Airport, 35km (40 mins in a car).
Car hire is strongly recommended. Taxi fare approximately 50 Euros.

Fornalutx is one of the most picturesque villages in Spain and provides every necessity for your holiday: 3 bars, 2 cafés, 4 restaurants and a very well-stocked supermarket providing daily international newspapers. There are also two banks, a pharmacy, a beauty centre and a Catholic church. Fabulous walks in the Serra de Tramuntana begin on the doorstep, walking guides and excursions by prior arrrangement. Great clay tennis courts at Soller Tennis club, private coaching available. Many activities available just a short drive from the house and if you belong to the chill-out holday set, Ca's Penelope's tranquil setting will help you unwind in double quick time.
Booking notes
Deposit of 30% of the rental cost required on reservation with the balance due eight weeks before the commencement of the rental. No refunds for cancellations unless we are able to re-let the property. Minimum rental 1 week. Please do contact us for any further information.
